On July 25, 2023, the “Emerging Markets and Developing Countries Development and Cooperation Beijing Forum” was co-hosted by Xinhua News Agency, Beijing Municipal Government, and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, was successfully held in Beijing. With the theme of "deepening unity and collaboration, gathering growth and synergy", there are three sub forums: the opening ceremony, main forum, and business environment development, vocational education development, and listed company development cooperation capital forum. The aim is to build a high-end platform for exchange and cooperation between emerging market countries and developing countries. More than 300 representatives from local governments, diplomats, enterprises, media, think tanks, and international students from countries such as China, France, South Africa, India, Brazil, and Cambodia attended.

EMDC Listed Company Development Cooperation Capital Forum is organized by ZVCA. At the forum, ZVCA President Wang Shaojie stated that "modern economy is built on the trust and collaborative cooperation of all parties." ZVCA is willing to work together with insightful individuals from all sectors of society to build a platform for private listed companies to "communicate policies timely, exchange information equally, and develop business collaboratively", so that more private enterprises can better "integrate into national strategies and achieve high-quality coordinated development. During the forum, under the advocacy of ZVCA, many listed companies jointly initiated the establishment of the National Strategic Innovation and Development Alliance for listed companies.
