Zhongguancun Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (ZVCA) is a nationwide private equity investment association which has been legally registered at civil affairs department of China. It boasts renowned institution members including Sequoia Capital, Tianxing Capital, Qianhai FOF, Innoangel Fund, Cowin Capital, Softbank China Venture Capital (SBCVC), Ivy Capital and Shenzhen Capital Group; a great number of listed company members such as Tasly Holding Group, VIE Science & Technology, Beijing Enterprises Medical and Health Industry Group, Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd., Newauto Technology Group, Huiyin Smart Community Co., LTD, and Asia Investment Finance Group and also many members which are large real estate groups, like New Hope Group, Kingkey Group, Xing Pai Group, Guorui Properties and Xinyuan Group as well as large financial groups mumbers, for instance, Minsheng Securities, Pacific Securities, Harbin Bank and Yillion Bank. ZVCA also boasts large enterprise investment groups, such as China Guoxin Fund, State Development & Investment Corp., CCT Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Yueda Group. The total amount of funds managed by members of ZVCA is more than RMB 3 trillion (US$ 500billion) . In light of Zhongguancun’s innovative and pioneering spirit, and in collaboration with various think-tanks in Beijing, ZVCA organizes nearly 10 overseas business delegations and dozens of project matching events every year.
