Ma Quanjun, born in Weifang, Shandong Province, is a Ph.D. candidate in management. With over 25 years of professional experience in the fields of private investment funds and real estate infrastructure finance, he has held senior management positions in several private fund management companies and real estate enterprises affiliated with central state-owned enterprises (such as CITIC Securities and State Power Investment Corporation) and local state-owned enterprises. He has led and initiated the establishment of over 30 funds with a total scale exceeding RMB 50 billion, and has overseen and executed various project investments, financings, mergers, and acquisitions totaling more than RMB 50 billion. He has implemented several pioneering and prestigious benchmark cases within the industry. Ma possesses extensive practical experience in areas such as real estate infrastructure, new energy, mezzanine investment, project investment and financing, post-merger integration management, and risk control.
