From Oct 10^th to 21^st, 2012, ZVCA President Jason Wang led a Zhongguancun investment delegation to the United States and successfully completed all the official activities. The visit organized by ZVCA aimed to form a deep understanding of US Venture Capital Industry.

During its stay in the United States, the delegation participated in The Chinese Finance Association (“TCFA”) 18th Annual Conference in New York, appointed the president of TCFA Hao Wu as honorary president of ZVCA, held a job fair in New York and visited NASDAQ Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange and several leading financial companies, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Credit Suisse, Piper Jaffray & Co, Bank of American and Merrill Lynch. Besides, the delegation communicated with well-known financial professors from Columbia University, Harvard University, The United States Military Academy at West Point and Yale University. The group also made extensive and in-depth exchanges with American governors, business professionals and well-known economists on US-China relationship and the trends of Chinese and global economy.

Overall, Zhongguancun Delegation’s visit to US achieved a full success as visit was highly praised by delegation members, reported by China Daily and opened up doors for Venture Capital investment cooperation between US and China.
