On 12th of August, 2013, ZVCA president Shaojie Wang along with the ZVCA team visited exchange listed company SumaVision (300079). Sumavision, founded in 2000, is a world leading provider of video delivery solutions to broadcast, cable, satellite, Internet, mobile and telco video service as well as digital TV，conditional access system and middleware system. The ZVCA team met with the executives of SumaVision, and both parties agreed on collaborating on investment and M&A activities.

ZVCA has planned a series of visits to listed companies for the coming months. It is part of ZVCA's ambitous resource integration initiative. We plan to visit 30 listed companies in the rest of 2013, and build our M&A industry resource platform.
