On 14th of October, 2013, ZVCA hosted a very special meeting with the assistance of [TianYaRuoBiLin] Technology Co.,Ltd, our Strategic Partner. The theme is “Chinese Enterprises’ Israeli Inspiration”, discussing about how Chinese enterprises could draw inspiration from Israeli’s innovative business culture, and grow from “manufacturers” to “innovators”.

This event was held via high-definition video meeting, which brought together investors and entrepreneurs from Beijing, Hangzhou and Suzhou.

Eliran Elimelech, Commercial Attache at the Israeli Embassy in Beijing, gave the orientation to the presented investors and entrepreneurs. He introduced the investment environment, business culture and current opportunities in Israel, shared successful cases of Israeli investments, and invited them to invest in Israel or cooperate with Israeli companies.

Bella Guomei Zhu, also gave a presentation about Israel. From a business visitor’s point of view, she described how our May investor’s delegation was deeply impressed – sometimes shocked – by the originality, entrepreneurial spirit and professionalism of the Israeli startups, enterprises and other businesses, and expressed her view on how Chinese companies could learn from this experience.

The attendees were very satisfied with the presentations, and the discussion went on until late. They raised many questions and asked about the possibilities to invest or cooperate, while Eliran answered all their questions and suggested them how to find possible matches in Israel for their specific fields. Many also expressed their interest in going on a field visit to Israel in the future.
