On 20th October, the 2017 Presidents’ Units Exchange Ideas event which was organized by ZVCA was official start. Presidents Jason Wang together with many other Presidents visited EVEREST and Wanrong Capital. They communicated with each other on the future development and trends of investment.    

The First Stop--EVEREST, FOUNDER--President Jiancong Xiao

On the morning of October 20th, Presidents of ZVCA came to visit EVEREST which was founded by President Jiancong Xiao.

At the meeting, President Jiancong Xiao formally launched Brics Venture Capital Investment Top 50 Initiative, and was elected as the First Chairman.

The original intention of initiating Brics Venture Capital Investment Top 50 Initiative was to handpick 50 venture capital organizations which dare to challenge China’s top investment industry, and to build up pillar strength for the future Chinese investment industry. In order to attract more first class investment enterprises to join in the Top 50, we also made some change for the new membership accordingly. Join in the association don’t need to pay membership dues just as long as you have quality projects. However, new membership should submit 20 quality projects which already have invested and promise will not drop out for the next 12 months to Committee of Secretaries of Brics Venture Capital Investment Top 50 Initiative as the project reserve. Brics Venture Capital Investment Top 50 Initiative is initially agreed upon: 50 enterprises are capped, 15 are selected in the first phase, 15 for the second phase, and 20 for the third. Each enterprise will select 20 quality projects, the first phase will collect 1,000 high quality projects, surely the memberships have the prior right to select projects to invest from the project reserve.

President Jiancong Xiao gave high expectations for the initiative, he thought the Top 50 Initiative could save cost and greatly improve the efficiency of project investment, as well as is more likely to develop investment industry unicorn.The Brics Initiative has been unanimously expected by the Presidents.

On the afternoon of October 20th, Presidents of ZVCA visited Wanrong Capital which was founded by President Jun Xiong.

At the meeting, President Jiancong Xiao made a brief introduction for Brics Venture Capital Investment Top 50 Initiative. It is expected that organizations which will join in the Top 50 initiative will be able to get 80 percent of the industry’s profits in the future.

President Jun Xiong made a positive response, and gave suggestions from the perspective of contest among the investment industry. He thought that powerful enterprises should join together and give full play to the complementary advantages, so as to has a foothold at the investment industry which changes dramatically and to open new path for China’s investment field. In the following, President Jun Xiong elaborated on the investment situation of Wanrong, and the participants were enthusiastic and expected to the next day’s visit.

The first day's visit finished successfully. Presidents’philosophy and situation on investment were fully demonstrated by visiting. Through the substantive exchange of the projects among the Presidents, we can truly achieve deep cooperation and deep cooperation.
