Tel Aviv University is an Israeli national university and was built in 1955,located in Israel's second largest city Tel Aviv. ZVCA chose it as the second stop of their visit.

Mr. Woody, Director of Lahav Executive Education of Coller School of Management, Tel-Aviv University, gave a warm welcome for the delegation. Mr. Woody said that Tel Aviv University is in the leading position in the field of life science, computer science, robotics and other natural science. In addition, because of its geographical advantages, the university's Middle East research is also very famous. Xiao FENG,who escorted the delegation and is a Chinese undergraduate student at Tel Aviv University, is also studying in this field.

FENG introduced that the university has Confucius Institute, and has about 200 regular Chinese students at present. At the same time, Tel Aviv University runs a school jointly with Tsinghua University, Peking University,Renmin University of China,Fudan University, Zhejiang University,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Shangdong University,Sun Yat-sen University,the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology,Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, China Europe International Business School, etc.

FENG's father was a former journalist of the China Technology Daily to Israel. He was influenced by his father, after finished his high school, he came to Israel and fell in love with it. One year later, he intends to continue his postgraduate studies in Tel Aviv University with the major in New Media which adapts to the Chinese market.
