On April 9, 2018, Mr. Evgeny Kosolapov, China Chief Representative of the Russia Skolkovo Fund, visited the ZVCA and discussed with Secretary-General Lin Lin and Deputy Secretary-General Chang Yanli on strengthening bilateral cooperation.

Mr. Evgeny Kosolapov introduced the development status of the Skolkovo Innovation Center, which is known as  “Russian Zhongguancun” and the settle status of global multinational enterprises. Russia Skolkovo Fund hopes to help more Russian companies cooperate with Chinese companies and capitals and promote cooperation through cooperation with ZVCA.
