1. Background

The health care service system of the elderly living in Australia is one of the world's best practice model. Australian vocational education and training (VET) institution is regarded as the excellent industry case globally. Because of its outstanding ability, VET obtained the recognition of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

The members of this visiting Australian national delegation have distinguishing feature each. Among them, many institutions and training teachers have won multiple education and training awards from the Australian government, and have initiated cooperation projects in China.
