Virtue Inno Valley was founded by Tsinghua Alumni Association of TMT and TusPark (Beijing) with the aim to build the best incubator valley in China. Virtue Inno Valley, adhering to the value of "small space, affulent resources and rapid growth", provides a platform for the entrepreneurs, practitioners, angel investors, domestic and foreign investment institutions and service agencies to communicate and seek cooperation.

Virtue Inno Valley invited 50 successful entrepreneurs, risk investors and representatives from Service agencies to join the mentor program, where they volunteer their time to network with start-up entrepreneurs and provide advices and insights through different style/type of training courses. Virtue Inno Valley also provides the directional services to the investment institutions, universities and other business service agencies with the strategic agreements. In addition, Virtue Inno Valley will conduct exchange and cooperation with Silicon Valley, Singapore, Hong Kong and other developed countries and hope to have further cooperation in the near future.
