Beijing Institute of Teaching and Research Fusion and Shenzhen Longgang District cooperate to carry out “Shuangyou Project"

 On May 18th, the signing ceremony and project launching ceremony of the “Made in China 2025 Outstanding Talents and High Quality Enterprise Training Project”, jointly organized by the Beijing Institute of Teaching and Learning Science and the  Longgang District Government of Shenzhen of Sybernaut, was held in Shenzhen. Li Jie, Dean of the Beijing Institute of Integrated Science and Education, and Li Xianghong, Director of Shenzhen Longgang Human Resources Bureau, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties.

The "Shuangyou Project" has been highly valued by the Longgang District Party and District Government, and has given strong support in terms of policies, funds, and data. The Bureau of Human Resources of Longgang District of Shenzhen took the lead. The Department of Talents of the Joint Organization Department, the Economic Promotion Bureau, the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau and other departments jointly formed the project leading group and the executive office to issue documents to promote and organize the implementation.

“Shuangyou Project” aims to promote effective cooperation between Chinese and German companies such as technology, projects, capital, and talent through the effective docking between Chinese-made 2025 and industry 4.0, and build a human resources support platform for the transformation and upgrading of the Shenzhen regional economy. For the five pillar industries in Shenzhen of development of incubation training stealth champion and unicorn enterprises, to c ultivate a large number of companies with international perspectives and innovative spirit who can lead China to create strategic development in 2025.
