On June 30th, the opening ceremony of the Second the world Xian entrepreneurs convention was officially opened in the Shaanxi Grand Theatre. The theme of this conference is “‘Belt and Road”. 

Chairman Pan Baofeng expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the high-tech zone as the only representative of the world Xian entrepreneurs convention. 

Yang Renhua, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xi'an High-tech Zone and director of the management committee, attended the special signing ceremony of the high-tech zone and met with Chairman Pan Baofeng. Pan Baofeng introduced the basic situation of Tairan to Yang Renhua and explained the development plan in the high-tech zone. Tairan is willing to take root in Xi'an and develop together with Xi'an.
