On the afternoon of July 14, JSTI Group held the 2018 semi-annual production and operation meeting with the theme of “Ju Li·Shouwei”. More than 300 people from the management of the group's management, various functional departments, and middle-level management personnel of the business center attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Vice President He Wei.

Vice President He Wei, Vice President Zhu Xiaoning, Vice President He Xinghua, Vice President Zhao Jie, Vice President Wu Xiaoming, Dean Yang Yang, Vice President Wang Dongping, Vice President Ling Chen, Vice President Ma Jianwei, Vice President of Zhang Haijun, and Vice President of Ji Yuehua report each of the sections that they in charge. Also reported on the implementation of the strategy and goals in the first half of the year in 2018 and the key tasks and strategic initiatives in the second half of the year. 

Finally, Chairman Fu Guanhua delivered a speech. He first affirmed the business performance and work results achieved by the Group in the first half of the year, and focused on the future development strategy and organizational capacity building of the JSTI Group.

Mr Fu stressed that our current priority is to "race against time", closely focus on the strategic goals of the company's future development, and promptly complete the corresponding organizational changes and organizational capabilities, achieve the unity of the organization, unified management tools, and break through the management model of traditional design companies and create the reproducible ability of the organization.
