Frank Ma graduated from Shenyang University of Technology, and received a MBA degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Once served in Panasonic and Siemens Communications. Frank joined Tencent in 2004 and currently serves as vice president of the company. He also serves as executive director of the Chinese Association of Young Scientists And Technologists and the China Youth Entrepreneurs Association, commissioner of the Youth Federation of Central Government Departments, the Central Financial Youth Federation and the Beijing Youth Federation. He is the co-producer of the best-selling book 15 Entrepreneurship Lectures at Peking University, and the author of The Times Change.

In the past 20 years, Frank has been exploring the essence of people, affairs, business, public welfare and management in practice. And he found the answer lies, regardless of any title or position he holds in any company,  in the  trend, the method and the tactics adopted by an organization at a certain time and in a certain space, balancing the relations between individuals and affairs through handling business, public service and management. With some attempts having been made, it is still far from accessing the right track, let alone the greater impact brought to the society by the mobile internet, which changes the outlook of all individuals and things by having all information connected.
