Chairman of Enno Tech, managing Partner of Enno Ventures, vice president of Zhongguancun Association Private Equity and Venture Capital, founding partner of Guansheng & Partners (PRC lawyers), guest professor for executive courses at Peking and Tsinghua University EMBA programms. Dr. Likai Li obtained his  PH.D. form Queens University Canada.  Dr. Li served as government legal counsel in the PRC Ministry of Commerce for many years. He become a limited partner of Sequoia Capital (China) in 2007. Dr. Li published two books on innovation and startup management:《Open Innovation》(May, 2016.) &《The Anti Fragile Game》(May, 2017).
