Fuwah International Group, founded in Hong Kong in 1988, operates in real estate development, Arts & Culture, asset management, finance, health and other industries as its main business. Since its establishment, Fuwah International Group has been committed to protection, research and promotion of the traditional Chinese red sandalwood craft as a unique enterprise known for its dedication to the protection of traditional Chinese culture based on culture-based business portfolio.

Real estate development

Since 1993, Fuwah International Group has gradually proliferated into the business of “prime property full-range development” and completed a number of successful projects including the celebrated project of building Chang An Club, the first top business club in Chinese mainland, and Jinbao Street, a fancy business street connecting Wangfujing Business Street and an example of world-class lifestyle business street in China.

Since 2010, Fuwah International Group has participated in the project of developing Beijing's sub-centers and funded and built Beijing International Fortune Center, World Chamber of Commerce Center and Fuwah Canal Water Town, which have contributed to building its fame as a role model for the development of Beijing's sub-centers. Strategically located in Beijing, Fuwah International Group has expanded its business to cover all the major cities of China and participated in the project of developing Beijing's sub-centers, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Hainan Free Trade Zone in response to the national development strategy. It has also focused its strategic vision on the industrial park development and operation model highlighted by Beijing International Fortune Center and Fuwah Red Sandalwood Cultural And Creative Park to build a sustainable value-added industrial chain in real estate industry.

Fuwah International Group has also funded and developed hotel apartments and tourism projects in Australia and New Zealand as a step to expand its business abroad in response to the national strategy of the "Belt and Road Initiative".

Asset management 

Fuwah International Group is engaged in operation and management of a wide range of real estate projects, including large office parks, office buildings, high-end clubs, hotel apartments, shopping malls and residential buildings, based on its well-established value chain in real estate industry.

In the early 1990s, Fuwah International Group funded and built Chang An Club on Chang'an Avenue, China's first high-end members-only club known as the most time-honored and popular business club in China open to famous entrepreneurs and leaders of all industries from home and abroad. Jinbao Street, located on the north of Chang'an Avenue connecting with Wangfujing Business Area, is an example of operation and management of a wide range of real estate projects by Fuwah International Group. With prime commercial properties such as luxurious star hotels The Regent Beijing and Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing, Grade-A office buildings Jinbao Tower and Hua Li Building, and large shopping malls Jinbao Place Shopping Mall, this street is a large high-end commercial street offering a variety of services for office rental, cultural tourism, shopping, entertainment and other options.

In recent years, with the development and implementation of park-based real estate projects such as Beijing International Fortune Center, Fuwah Red Sandalwood Cultural And Creative Park and Fuwah Sanya Project, Fuwah International Group has defined its business development strategy to further strengthen its prime property full-range development business and explore the business operation model of large cluster-type industrial parks to give richer connotation and stronger impetus for the development and integration of various industries based on prime property development supported by financial, cultural, tourism and commercial business.

Arts & culture

In the field of arts &culture development, Fuwah International Group currently has developed a number of unique global business portfolios. It invested hundreds of millions of RMB in the construction of China Red Sandalwood Museum, the first and globally largest themed classical furniture museum in China, in 1999. In 2011, the "red sandalwood carving skills" of China Red Sandalwood Museum was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list by the State Council. The large-scale red sandalwood carvings made by Fuwah International Group titled "Hall for Praying for Good Harvest in Temple of Heaven", "Pine Pavilion in Palace Museum" and "Qianqiu Pavilion in Palace Museum” have been successively collected by national museums of the United States, France, Germany and Japan. The 16 red sandalwood carvings titled "Old Beijing's Gate Buildings" made of its patented large dark red sandalwood have been completed.

Finance and health

Fuwah International Group's first listed company, Laiwa & Ferid (Beijing) Biotechnology Inc., was listed on NEEQ in May 2017. Since then, Fuwah International Group has embarked on the fast track of business development driven by industrial and capital operation.
