HongZhong Zhang, Male, member of Communist Party of China，He was born on February 9, 1990 in Changji City, Xinjiang. With a native place in Minqin County, Gansu Province. He graduated with a Master Degree in Business Administration from University of La Verne in the United States. He joined TBEA Co., Ltd in 2018. And served as Chairman Assistant. Vice-minister for General Department and General Manager Assistant at TBEA International Engineering Co., Ltd. He is working for Vice-President at Xinjiang TBEA Group Co., Ltd. In the mean time, He is serving as Member of the 13th National Youth Federation and Member of the 10th Youth Federation Standing Committee of Xinjiang. He was awarded the Outstanding Performance Member of the National Youth Federation from 2021 to 2022. And the honor of the 22nd Tianjin Youth May Fourth Medal.
