On August 2, 2024, ZVCA invited Mohammed Al Dhabaan and Ali AlShareef, the Chairman and the CEO of Sisban Group respectively, to visit the member unit of China Harbour Group (CHEC) in Beijing and have intimate discussions with senior leaders such as Zhang Cuifen, the Chief Accountant of CHEC, and Yang Zhiyuan, the General Manager of Middle East Division of CHEC, on opportunities for infrastructure investment cooperation in the Middle East region. Zheng Jie, the Executive Vice President of ZVCA, attended the meeting as well.

At the meeting, both sides gave brief introductions to the company's business and had full exchanges on issues such as project development and cooperation models, highlighting their respective resource advantages in their domestic industry, and looking forward to potential cooperation opportunities in the future.
