On the morning of September 9, 2024, the 2nd BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center Entrepreneurs Forum was held in Xiamen.

Xin Guobin, member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Lin Ruiliang, Vice Governor, attended the forum.

The theme of this forum is "Opportunities and Challenges for Chinese Enterprises to Enter the BRICS Market", aiming to encourage Chinese enterprises to actively participate in the construction of new industrial revolution partnerships and play a bridging role, to strengthen open cooperation with the industrial and supply chains of BRICS countries. On site, the attending guests discussed topics such as China's experience and prospects for cooperation among BRICS countries, smart connectivity and shared digital economy and development.

Wang Shaojie, the President of ZVCA, expresses that the BRICS countries themselves have a large market and a large population base, and their development is relatively slower than China's, which is our comparative advantages in going global. Xiamen should also seize the important fortressof the BRICS innovation center in Xiamen to create new opportunities for Xiamen to go global.

In the forum, multiple specialized committees of the BRICS Innovation Center Industry Innovation Alliance have started preparations; A number of innovative achievements have been released, including the Xiamen BRICS Digital Block, the research results of Xinhua News Agency's new perceptive technology, and the initiative to strengthen the industry self-discipline for Chinese funded enterprises in the overseas  and prevent internal competition.
